Billing questions

What counts as a page?
One side of one sheet, or one image. A 12-page bank statement is 12 pages. A two-page invoice is 2 pages. Pages that fail to process are not counted.
Do unused pages roll over?
No, included pages reset each month. If your volume is seasonal, annual billing lets you pool the year’s pages instead. Ask sales to set that up.
What happens if we go over?
Processing continues and extra pages are billed at your plan’s rate. You get an email at 80% and 100% of your included pages, and you can set a hard cap.
Are review and export charged separately?
No. A page is charged once when it is read. Reviewing, approving and exporting it are included.
Which currency do you bill in?
Plans are listed in USD. Customers in India can be invoiced in INR with GST at the prevailing rate.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades apply from the next billing cycle.
